Rachel may owe her appreciation of good food to her mom’s early examples as her passion for food was nurtured from a very young age. Rachel has a background in the VIP super yacht industry which influenced her taste for the finer pleasures in life. Inspired by the luxurious food, finest presentation and superior service - together they’ve created a sophisticated sensational spin on classic catering.
Cote is named after the French Riviera and the Mediterrannean sea where Rachel fell in love with the European culture, cuisine, etiquette and class. This is consistently reflected in the sophistication and care Cote apply to everything they create.
